Payment
-A Non-refundable deposit that is half the price of the shoot is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment.
-A consultation must happen before a deposit can be paid. Appointments made without deposit will not be honored.
-Final payments are to be paid before or on the day of the shoot. Can be paid through cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Paypal.
Turn Around Time
-Image proofs are returned to the client
-2-4 days after being taken. Unedited proof images are watermarked. Raw images are available for download with the purchase of the add-on otherwise raw photos are not accessible by the client.
-Portrait shoot turnaround time is 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
Cancellations and Rescheduling
-If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any clients) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations.
-Rescheduling can be done 48 hours before the shoot with no additional fee.
